Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds or returns on Jewelry or Merchandise. If you have questions about sizing or style you can contact us or come in for help with someone from our experienced Piercer or Front of House team. We cannot take any items back once they have been sold as our products must maintain health and safety standards of the industry.
Exchanges
We may replace items only if they are defective or damaged. The item must still be in your possession; if you have lost the item for any reason, we will not be able to replace it. We will exchange it for the same item if you bring it into the shop, or send us an email at phantom8tattoo.com with clear photos of the piece and the damage.
Shipping Exchanges
Once your exchange has been confirmed over email, to return your product, you should mail your product to: 3969 S Broadway Englewood, CO 80113
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we do not charge the shipping rate for your exchanged item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
