PIERCING AGE REQUIREMENTS

18 YEARS AND UP (UPON PIERCER DISCRETION)

• All piercings, including surface, anchors, nipples and genital piercings.
• Valid state-issued photo I.D. or Driver’s License
• Passport
• Military I.D.

15-17 YEARS OLD (UPON PIERCER DISCRETION) PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED!

• This includes ears/cartilage, nostril, lips, eyebrows, and navels. No surface, anchors, nipples or genitals (18 years and older only).
• Valid state-issued photo I.D. for both parent and minor. Must have a matching last name and/or address on I.D.
• Valid state-issued photo I.D. for parent and school I.D. plus original birth certificate (no copies) for minor. Parent’s name must be on birth certificate.
• No exceptions.

5 YEARS AND OLDER (UPON PIERCER DISCRETION) PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED.

• Earlobes only.
• Valid state-issued photo I.D. for parent and child’s original birth certificate (no copies). Parent name must be on birth certificate.
