About Phantom 8
Located in Englewood, Colorado, Phantom 8 is dedicated
to bringing you the finest quality tattoos and piercings in a clean, sterile,
and comfortable environment. Phantom 8, owned and operated by Chris and
Krisha J'Tot and home to four other artists, has been in operation for
9 years and is registered and licensed with the Board of Health.

Appointment
Policy
- All
appointments require a $50 minimum non-refundable deposit.

This deposit will go towards the price of the finished tattoo.

You can make your deposit over the phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
and/or Discover) or by stopping in at the shop and using cash or a credit
card. We do not accept checks.

A deposit guarantees you an appointment, not necessarily an exact time.
We will do our best to fit you in as close to your scheduled time as
possible. We take our time with all of our tattoos and will not rush
them, including yours.
- If
something happens and you absolutely cannot make your appointment, please
call and reschedule 24 hours in advance. You may only call to reschedule
once. If it happens twice, you lose the $50.
- Please
make it to your appointment on time.

Both client and parent must have STATE ISSUED ID with matching
last name or address.

genital or nipple piercing.
